We only present properties whose title, ownership rights, charges and history have been verified. Every transaction is overseen by a notary and a lawyer accustomed to international files.
Yes. Buying property in Marrakech is open to non-residents. We guide you through the inward transfer of funds and the Office des Changes declaration, which also protects your future resale.
No. Most of it can be handled remotely, through a notarised power of attorney. You come if you wish — for viewings or signing — never out of obligation.
From reservation to handover, expect roughly six to ten weeks, depending on the checks and the notary's schedule.
Funds pass through the notary's escrow account, never through us. They are released only on signature of the final deed.
